About Keystone Builders and Installers

John Paranihi

I am John Paranihi, owner of Keystone Builders and Installers. I'm a qualified builder with 17 years professional experience including:

Building construction,
Building restoration,
Fitting out business and private premises
Designing and planning projects, and
Installing signs.

Being based at Woodville, a small rural North Island town, I've completed many restoration projects. Most other builders prefer to avoid restoration work because of technical challenges. However, I've enjoyed overcoming the challenges and have found it satisfying to restore so many older buildings to their former glory.

Phil Brunskill

My business partner is Phil Brunskill, with whom I learnt the initial skills needed to start my apprenticeship. Not only is Phil one of the most experienced builders, from the Tararua district, but he is a highly skilled and painstaking cabinet maker. So, whatever your building needs, Phil will be able to advise you and plan your project. Phil will take your order and make sure that Keystone quality is built in to every aspect of your project.

Mark Owen

Mark Owen is our web designer and media specialist. He has a strong academic background in technical writing and graphic design and many years professional experience. He has employed Keystone to complete his own building projects and so appreciates and understands the quality service that you too can receive from the Keystone team.

The Keystone Team

We also have a staff team and an extended network of specialists and tradespeople with whom we partner for specific projects. So for your sign installation we'll arrange cranes operated safely by qualified tradespeople and can even source the signs themselves. For your building project, we can arrange plumbers, electricians, decorators and other specialists. Just let us know how much of the project you would like us to take responsibility for.

We'll work anywhere in New Zealand and have completed projects as far apart as Auckland and Southland. We can supply and install all types of signs, from the smallest to the biggest. We can install all the signs for a single site or signs for all your nationwide branches.
